Risk Management Specialist

The Risk Management Specialist will analyze and manage risk management issues by assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but not limited to:

• Design and establish the risk management policies and procedures for the organization, with focus particularly on securities trading product and service
• Manage and supervise the risk management processes to ensure the risk policies and procedures are maintained
• Perform risk assessment to identify and measure any potential risks that are affecting the company
• Recommend and implement risk management solutions
• Resolve or plan to coordinate with parties to resolve risks when arising
• Develop systems and tools for gathering and storing data to support monitoring risks
• Comply reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders within the business
• Perform other duties as directed.

• Analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good mathematical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field required.
• At least 1 years of experience at the same level of responsibility.
• External Audit, Internal Audit or Risk Management experience is prefered.
